Return and refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items may be returned within 7 days from the date the package is delivered.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


2. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 10 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges are accepted if:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The customer wants to exchange for a different style or variant (subject to availability)

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if marked as such at checkout)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or personal handling


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged,
